Registration is now open for the 2025 Building the Heart of Successful Schools Conference - scheduled for December 11, 2025 with pre-conference sessions on December 10, 2025 at the Glacier Canyon Conference Center - Wilderness Resort in Wisconsin Dells. Register by November 20, 2025.

Accommodations
If you have dietary restrictions/allergies or need other accommodations to participate including interpreter services (sign language or another spoken language) please email ahubing@cesa4.org or add a note to your registration by November 10, 2025.
CEHs (Continuing Education Hours for School Social Workers)
An application has been submitted for up to 10 continuing education hours (includes pre-conference) with the National Association of Social Workers, Wisconsin Chapter. In-person conference participants can request to receive a certificate of participation after the conference by submitting a brief online form, and entering participation codes provided for each session attended. Please contact Julie Incitti (School Social Work Consultant, DPI, julie.incitti@dpi.wi.gov) with questions.
Conference Scholarships - Coming Soon!
Applications for a limited number of conference scholarships will be available in the fall. Check back for more details. Scholarship recipients who choose to attend a pre-conference session or reserve a hotel room will need to pay for their registration and/or stay.
Exhibitor Inquiries
This conference does not have space designated for exhibitor displays. However, we welcome representatives from organizations to register as attendees and connect with participants during sessions or meals. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you at the conference!
