Cancellation Policy

• Participant must log into NeonOne https://cesa4.app.neoncrm.com/login and cancel their registration one week prior to scheduled event. OR
• Participant must notify the WISH Center Regional Coordinator listed on the event flyer OR contact Kalli Rasmussen, Wisconsin Safe & Healthy Schools Center Communications and Project Coordinator by phone: 608-786-4832 or email: krasmussen@cesa4.org to cancel attendance one week prior to the scheduled event.
• If cancellation is not received one week prior to the event, the participant will be billed $25 to cover the cost of financial obligations created by registration such as meals, room, materials, etc.
• If a situation arises that prevents a participant from attending the registration fee may be waived if the participant calls or emails Kalli Rasmussen: krasmussen@cesa4.org or the WISH Center trainer to provide notification of the situation.
• If the participant is a “no show”, the participant, school or agency will be billed for the full registration fee.
• Wisconsin Safe & Healthy Schools Center reserves the right to cancel any workshop due to insufficient enrollment. Participants will be notified by email or phone.
• If an event is canceled due to weather conditions, every effort will be made to reschedule the workshop. If weather conditions are questionable, please call or email the Regional Coordinator of the event listed on the flyer.
