This middle and high school curriculum is intended for youth-serving organizations, schools, and other interested community groups to help raise awareness and prevent youth from engaging in identity-based bullying and hate crimes/hate incidents. It was developed by the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (OJJDP).

These lessons, games and activities address different types of bullying, including sexual harassment at the middle school level and cyberbullying at the middle school and high school levels. This content empowers bystanders to stand up to bullying and improve the climate of their school.
