Brian has spent the past 18 years serving in the field of K-12 education as a teacher and principal.  He has served in both rural and urban school systems and has worked in schools at the elementary, middle and high school levels.  He has taught in NY, Denver, Seattle, Chile, Japan and Wisconsin.  Most recently, he served as principal of a large upper middle school in Sun Prairie, where implementing restorative justice, self care, and equity practices were among the priorities.  He is passionate about coaching, holistic wellness and helping individuals reduce the gap between current abilities, and best-self potential.

Brian lives in Madison with his wife and three young children.  Most often you can find him on trails running, hiking or cycling through nature.  He feels blessed to be a part of this team, and is excited to get the chance to help schools more widely throughout the state.
