At CESA #4 since 2001, Tracy Herlitzke is the Director of the Wisconsin Safe & Healthy Schools Center.  Ms. Herlitzke enjoys collecting data and using it to improve health programs and policies. She earned a Bachelor of Science in School Health Education and a Master of Public Health in Community Health Education at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse.  Tracy strongly believes in the power of people working together to improve their school and community. In her free time she likes to read, camp, and travel with her family.

Alie's responsibilities include planning, coordination, and communication for event logistics including support for and reporting on Building the Heart of Successful Schools Conference, Trauma Sensitive Schools State Meetings, Youth Mental Health First Aid (YMHFA), Title IV and other WISH learning events.

Alie has a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse, and is a Certified Professional in Catering and Events (CPCE).
